Screw-in or plug-in thermocouples are preferably used for temperature measurements in gaseous and liquid media. The connection head is designed for ambient temperatures of up to 100 ° C. Protective tubes made of various ceramic materials as well as heat-resistant steels protect the measuring insert against chemical influences and mechanical damage. The selection of the appropriate protective pipe material depends on the customer-specific applications. Thermocouples of type K, N or J with class 1 according to IEC 584-3 are used as measuring insert. On request Electronic Sensor also supplies double thermocouples with two thermocouples.
